Regarding arrangement for application to purchase home swap housing unit

Eligible pre-sale buyers of condominiums under construction on Lot P in Areia Preta (original “Pearl Horizon” site) and persons who have been transferred with the relevant property’s sale and purchase agreement can make their application for the purchase of a home swap housing unit between 17 June and 26 July 2019.

Application centre opening times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break)

Application centre address: Northern District Public Services Centre Ground Floor Special Counter in Zone B

To better facilitate the application process, applications will be accepted in phases:

During the first phase (17 June to 26 July 2019), pre-sale buyers have to make their application on the date as scheduled. The time slot for each tower is shown in the table below.

Details on the arrangement for the purchase of home swap housing unit, including the application time slot for each unit, application form, related procedures and application guidelines, will be available on www.csraem.gov.mo/mru/,from 9 a.m. on 10 June. Application form can also be downloaded from the website, applicants can scan the QR Code below to be redirected to the website. Enquiry hotline 8296 9055 will also be in service from 9 a.m. on 10 June, or applicants can make enquiries by visiting the Special Counter at the Northern District Public Services Centre.

Applicants who fail to make their applications in the first phase are required to visit the Northern District Public Services Centre in person at the second phase (July 29 to 16 August 2019), or call 2845 1515 to reschedule their appointment for their application. Priority will be given to those who arrive on time.
