Completion of works to ground level at Macau New Neighbourhood expected by mid-year
Pile foundation works for the Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) project in Hengqin have been completed by the end of 2021. At present, basement works are being carried out and it is expected that works to the ground level (works for all basement structure) would be completed by the middle of 2022.
MUR continues to collect views on local area plan for Iao Hon Estate
The local area plan for Iao Hon Estate has been preliminarily completed and Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) representatives recently visited Iao Hon property owners to brief them about the plan. MUR continues to collect views and suggestions of property owners and relevant entities in order to build a consensus on creating a new community that integrates business, service, culture and recreation.
MUR and contractors for the temporary and home-swap housing units construction project on Lot P recently met with representatives of the joint management committee of La Baie Du Noble residence and of lawmakers Si Ka Lon, Song Pek Kei and Lei Leong Wong’s office to let them have a better understanding on the project’s progress and the mitigation measures taken to minimise disturbance.
