The application period for eligible pre-sale buyers of the original Lot P residential project in Areia Preta (“Pearl Horizon”) as well as those who have been transferred with the property’s sale and purchase agreement to purchase home swap housing units ended on 16 August. With the assistance of the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM), Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) has received a total of 1,932 applications at the bureau’s Northern District Public Services Centre.

MUR will notify all applicants the results of their applications by mail within 30 days after the application period in accordance with Chief Executive Order No. 89/2019.
